The butyl extruder B/852 is loaded with 2,5 butyl cakes, automatically applied to varying thickness of spacers.
Operations are manual and cake's refilling is very easy.

BUTYL EXTRUDER B/805
Automatic machine for butyl application on spacers frames. The machine is loaded with kg.7 butyl cakes. Butyl is applied positionning the aluminium frame on conveyor belt. A photocell feels aluminium and starts a working cycle synchronized by electronic timers. All mechanisms are moved by pneumatic cylinders. Heating is controlled by a manual or programmed start and is divided into two independently regulated units, checked by electronic thermoregulators. Operation on control board are very easy, thanks to the graphic on front panel. All adjustments are very easy and rapid to carry out. Butyl application is possible on panels having inner decorations (georgian frames) excluding the two blocking wheels. Maintenance operations are very easy except oil level controls.

TWO COMPONENTS SEALANTS EXTRUDER T/771
The machine is built to pump, meter, mix and apply two components viscous resins. It is mainly employed in the insulating glass industry for sealant application. The machine pumps the products directly from drums, meters them into the right proportions, mixes and extrudes them through a hose and a gun. Some devices have been studied to ensure the right function of the machine:
- Double valves on the metering pump
- Static mixer

 

HYDRAULIC EXTRUDER FOR TWO COMPONENTS SEALANTS MODEL H/505 WITH REFRIGERATOR
Automatic machine for dosing, mixing and extrusion of two components sealants for insulating glass. The hydraulic extrusion system gives particular power characteristics to this extruder, that permits high product capacity. The machine is set very easily, and is equipped with a chiller to freeze the mixed sealant. This way washing operation is avoided at the end of working section.
